I’m doing everything I can to make my recovery a process that’s supportive, honest, kind to myself, and genuinely healing. But there are constant obstacles—things that can turn recovery toxic, difficult, and challenging.
Make no mistake: quitting crystal meth is unbelievably hard. It demands relentless mindfulness at every step. Overcoming meth addiction requires a rare level of dedication and commitment; it’s possible, but even a momentary slip can spark cravings. These cravings can be intense enough that your brain—the addict mindset—tries to trick you, making you feel like you’re on the edge, almost like it’s scheming to pull you back in.
Take it from me: don’t use drugs, kids.
