I found an article on Reddit that may help with jaw clenching, it involves stretches and massage that you can do yourself, before bed.
I found out that I have a habit of clenching my jaw in my sleep. Anyone know of a way to stop doing it, or why it happens? I also sometimes bite my lip or cheek in my sleep too. All help/information is appreciated <3

Also invest in a warm compress to use around the jaw and neck muscles. I bought one off amazon for £15 and you microwave it for 30 secs and that really helps too.
