I sometimes get this strange twitch in my big toe—it comes and goes, but it’s definitely still there. It’s not as intense as it used to be, but it hasn’t completely gone away. Along with that, my tongue tends to swish from side to side, especially when I’m relaxed or feeling nervous. It feels like a kind of tremor or involuntary twitch—almost like gurning.
I can’t help but feel like these little spasms are a lingering effect from my chemsex experiences. They’re not painful or dangerous, just… annoying. I do get self-conscious about it at times.
