Conquer your fears

Walk into that crowd with your head held high, dressed simply, even if your clothes are worn. Your health is your own concern, and no one else’s. Whether you strut or simply walk, you don’t judge others or pretend to be someone you’re not. You’re humble, genuine, and confident without being arrogant. What others think doesn’t affect you.

This is just a rough patch that you’re moving past. Reducing screen time, cutting down on app usage—or in my case, none at all—will lead to a more natural sense of joy. You’ll build new connections. It may take time, but people will notice you, and that spark you once had will reignite.

Don’t live in the shadow of who you used to be. Life is too short—I almost lost mine. I love my body; it’s a fighter, and it wins. My mind wins. You will win too.
