This guide is purely that, a guide. It is not a replacement for professional or medical advice, but is based on my own lived personal recovery journey, and worked, and continues to work for me.
I am a gay man and had a chemsex addiction, where I used a combination of drugs to enhance and prolong sexual experiences.
I appreciate the guide may not work for everybody looking here for an answer, but if it helps one person, I have done the world some good. This website is free and I do not charge for any content.
Ask yourself this question first – have you acknowledged yet that you have a problem with addiction? If you haven’t, carry on reading, but I know that addiction requires an affirmative understanding and commitment to recovery. You must put in 90% effort into recovery, not 20% effort.
Addiction is a full time job; recovery has to be the same. You cannot approach this with half-measures.
